spacious room clean room convenient parking
the room was spacious and very clean. the original features throughout the hotel are excellent! the off-street parking was helpful, too.
the mattress was a bit too soft for my liking.

a pleasant stay near sefton park
helpful staff off-road parking convenient location
The staff were very cute, they were also helpful. there was off-road parking available. It was useful. i noticed they had a pool table and bar, though i did not use them. i found shops, a supermarket, and takeaways close by. sefton park was very close too. i chose to travel into the centre by bus and the staff advised me on which buses to take. the location served as a great base for exploring the city.
The room showed signs of wear, it could use some updating. it was not a major issue. it is worth noting.

My standard double room included a television, desk, and hanging space. These amenities met my basic needs. the bathroom featured a lovely shower. It improved my experience. clean towels were provided daily by housekeeping, i appreciated that service.

The staff was courteous and polite. They were always available. they were very knowledgeable about the area and transportation options. This helped me . their friendly and helpful attitude added to my overall positive experience.

chandelier dust peeling wallpaper
The hotel provided free parking. This was acceptable.
the room was not up to standard, i noticed dust still present on the chandelier. rust also marred the radiator within the bathroom. the wallpaper was to be peeling away from the wall. furthermore, a drink i purchased spilled, and the staff refused a replacement, a policy i found appalling given the circumstances.

the breakfast included a decent selection it had various cereals meat cheese yogurts croissants tea coffee and bread for toast i also appreciated the availability of some fruits the location was convenient with a bus stop directly outside the hotel it made accessing the city centre easy
my room had a radiator in the bathroom with rust all over it i also noticed cracked tiles on the floor the car park was quite small and narrow i found it difficult to park my car there and had to park on the main road instead

efficient check-in comfortable bed helpful staff
The check-in was efficient, and the staff were helpful. my room was clean and warm. The bed was very comfortable. the bus stop to the city center is conveniently right outside.
I requested extra pillows, but i didn't receive them . This was a slight inconvenience.

This hotel is super handy for events at sefton park. It is just a short walk away. a bus stop to the city center is directly outside. This makes travel very easy. there are many restaurants within walking distance, too.

i found good value for money. the bathroom was spotlessly clean. i appreciated the staff making my stay pleasant. the hotel definitely had character.
the tv was positioned too high on the wall to comfortably watch it
